How can I delete my account?

On the top right of your screen, hover over the icon with your initials and click “My Profile” from the drop-down menu. Below the “Security” section, you’ll see a link to delete your account.

Our processing timeline is 5 days, during which you will be able to reactivate your account if you so wish. At the end of the 5-day processing period, your account and all its associated data will be permanently deleted, and it will no longer be possible to reactivate it. If you’re ever invited to use TherapyAssist again, you will be able to use any email address to register your account. No data from a previous account will be associated with a new account created with the same email address.
