Psychoeducation: Typically, all-text resources that can occasionally include a restricted number of prompts to illustrate your comprehension of the material.
Self-Monitoring: Resources that allow you to regularly assess or record your experience to uncover certain patterns or otherwise develop more insight into your behavior.
Self-Report Measure: A resource you complete once to learn more about your experience/symptoms, normally consisting of a series of questions.
Worksheet: Resources with interactive components that you can fill out, often preceded by psychoeducation. They require more engagement and reflection to complete.
