What do the different Resource Types mean?

  • Exercise: Resources that entail experiential learning, with some psychoeducation either before or after the exercise to facilitate your comprehension.
  • Psychoeducation: Typically, all-text resources that can occasionally include a restricted number of prompts to illustrate your comprehension of the material.
  • Self-Monitoring: Resources that allow you to regularly assess or record your experience to uncover certain patterns or otherwise develop more insight into your behavior.
  • Self-Report Measure: A resource you complete once to learn more about your experience/symptoms, normally consisting of a series of questions.
  • Worksheet: Resources with interactive components that you can fill out, often preceded by psychoeducation. They require more engagement and reflection to complete.
